Since 1970 we have represented many Test and Measurement companies and technologies which have been at the forefront of development and change in the electronics industry and we continue to introduce new technologies and instrumentation to the Australian market.

Our current management team has over 60 years experience with Scientific Devices and the Electronics Test and Measurement market.
Hamish Clark – General Manager
Hamish has been with Scientific Devices since 1982. He retains a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and continues his extensive knowledge in the area of supplier relations, their products and applications as well as general management responsibilities.
Mark Lotter – National Sales & Marketing Manager
Mark has been with Scientific Devices since 1980 and is responsible for national sales & marketing activities. Mark has an Associate Diploma in Electronic Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Marketing and Human Resources. Mark also has extensive experience in supplier and customer relations, products and applications.
Scientific Devices Australia’s most valuable resources are its people. Our experienced and dedicated team offers the company, our customers and suppliers their expertise gained through experience and education. Our company skill set includes Telecommunications, Metrology, Electronic Design, Software Development, System Design and Integration as well as business and finance advice. Service and Calibration
SDA offers our customers full post sales service and technical support. Our Calibration & Service manager, Mr Laurence Motteram together with Technical Support Manager, Oliver Zielonka will assist with any service issues including warranty and post warranty repairs to component level where possible and technical/application assistance. With the increasing complexity of today’s products our support team extends to providing an interface with overseas suppliers to confirm faults and ensure timely turnaround of overseas repairs.
We maintain an in-house NATA certified Calibration Laboratory to support our customer’s products. This Laboratory is continually upgraded to improve uncertainties and add additional capabilities.
