VibrationView Vibration & Analysis Software

Vibration Research Corporation offer the VibrationView Software which is used to set up and monitor vibration tests and to perform reporting in conjunction with the Model VR9500 Controller. VibrationVIEW can be configured for as many or as few test modules as you’d like. You need at least one to get started, but can add more at any time in the future. In fact, our modules are activated by electronic keys, so you can even “lease” modules if you find you have short term needs for specific tests.

Model ObserVR Data Acquisition/Analyser

The ObserVR records data directly to your laptop using the familiar VibrationVIEW software. Once you’ve collected your data, connect your laptop to the VR9500 controller, process the recorded data file to either an FDS, random or time history test profile, and begin testing on your shaker right away. Finally a tool to do something with that data you’ve collected. Our Fatigue Damage Spectrum (FDS) package allows you to measure the amount of fatigue in your recorded data and calculate how long you should run that test to obtain the equivalent fatigue in your product’s useful life.

Model VR5800 Shakers

There are 4 shaker models and 3 amplifier models which have been designed and manufactured with both its shakers and matching amplifiers in-tandem. This insures that the components will provide optimal performance across the broad range of possible applications.The high lateral stiffness carbon composite armature suspension reduces problems associated with off-centre loads and allows unsupported horizontal operation with many loads. The shaker is equipped with a degauss coil to ensure low stray magnetic field for sensitive applications. The modular, air cooled amplifier is direct coupled to the shaker to give the maximum performance at low and high frequencies. Digital meters display the system operating levels and complete shaker and external interlocks help protect the system from accidental abuse. Oil film slip table base systems are available for larger and heavier loads or loads with high centres of gravity.
